September is world Heart Health Awareness Month and Heritage Month in South Africa. To celebrate and bring awareness around how a plant-based diet is good for your heart, better for the planet and for animals around the world, The Fry Family Food Co. hosted a group of us at the picturesque Asher’s Farm Animal Sanctuary.
What struck me is that Fry’s is a company that really cares and has your family’s health at heart. This is unusual in a world where food is produced by companies who prioritize short-term profits over the long-term health of our children. All of Fry’s products are rich in protein and fibre and contain non-GMO maize and soy.
Fry’s has a brand story that really resonates with people and illustrates the fact that they genuinely care about people, animals and our planet.
In essence, Fry’s is all about KINDNESS.
Friday is bunless burger day in our house and last week we tried out the Traditional Burgers. We all loved the burgers so much that our family has agreed to have Fry’s meat free burgers every week. I am looking forward to giving them the latest burger in the Fry’s range.
To celebrate Heritage day join Fry’s to try their latest new burger and a fun and interactive green market, featuring local food, drink and lifestyle vendors and live music! The braai day is kid-friendly too.
